Welcome! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who works with individuals, couples, and families in my private practice in Ho-Ho-Kus, NJ. With over fourteen years of experience, my practice is centered in working with children (10 and older), adolescents (and their families), and adults. I work with clients who present with a variety of struggles including depression, anxiety, stress management difficulties, parenting questions, and school-related challenges. I have been in private practice for more than 20 years. I work in Northern New Jersey and provide short-term psychotherapy using psychodynamic psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, sensorimotor psychotherapy, EMDR and IFS. I feel using an integrated model produces the best results. Every client is different so it's necessary to use multiple modalities --a one size fits all model does not work in therapy. The Psychotherapy Referral Service is the clinical branch of the Institute for Psychoanalytic Studies. Referrals are provided at affordable rates to therapists in private practice. Referrals are made to affiliates and candidates of the Institute for Psychoanalytic Studies, all of whom are professionals with state licenses and/or certifications. Fees for psychoanalysis and psychoanalytic psychotherapy are based on a sliding scale and are agreed upon by the patient and the therapist.
