I have a particular interest in helping people with personality and relationship problems. In therapy I try to create an environment where patients will feel safe sharing and exploring all their thoughts and feelings about themselves, so that we can trace how these affect their daily experiences. To do this we may also examine the person's moment to moment experience in therapy. Understanding the interactions between internal assumptions on the one hand, and feelings and behavior, on the other,leads to a more stable sense of self and the possibility of different choices.
