I am a NJ Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 19 years experience focused on working with individuals, couples and families. I work with individuals of all ages including toddlers and their families struggling with behavior management to adolescents struggling with self-esteem, bullying, family/interpersonal relationship issues, to adults coping with life transitions, work and family stressors, and relationship issues. I work with couples struggling with how to have the most positive and supportive relationship possible to families struggling to navigate through life while finding a balance that is supportive to all family members.

Working with adolescents, and young adults requires specialized knowledge and skills as well as warmth, empathy, optimism, and an ability to connect quickly to your clients. I share this with my clients who are experiencing a variety of symptoms affecting their moods and overall functioning. Common presenting concerns include school/work stress, relational issues, past traumas, and life transitions. As a certified first responder counselor, I also support individuals whose lives are impacted by their work in such roles.
