My mission is to assist individuals with identifying their purpose in life, as well as enhancing their sense of self. I want to lend an unbiased ear to anyone who is in need of help. During therapy, I use various forms of evidence-based treatment approaches focusing on cognitive behavioral interventions, motivational interviewing, and person-centered interventions; however, the basis of my approach lies in existential therapy.

My goal is to support you in finding meaning and being more present in your life, utilizing a holistic approach that fits your unique strengths, needs, and culture. I am passionate about supporting teens, adults, and couples through this client-lead, goal-oriented approach. I am a counselor, art therapist, and certified in EMDR. These approaches allow me to meet a wide array of client needs, from day-to-day stress and anxiety, to the healing of deep trauma wounds or other stuck points as we expand toward your new areas of growth. Together, we will focus on your strengths to create a plan that feels supportive and achievable for you.

I am a Certified Divorce Mediator, Master Hypnotherapist, and Licensed Professional Counselor, with over 25,000 clinical hours. I have specializations in many areas including working with children, adolescents, and adults. I have specializations in Autism and Forensic Psychology.
