My focus is assisting clients needs by assessing them via zoom, telephone, or personal interview. My unique ability give opportunity to understand, and evaluate each client case by case. I promote mind conscious awareness tools that would enable the client to have in order to develop on a level that's conducive to what they are encountering. My technique fall under the CBT guidelines, and are structured to help the client discover themselves, allowing change to manifest. I focus on the WHY, and the clients ability to see results, starting from within. My goal is the client, and what's in there best interest.

One of my specialties is Play Therapy for young children and part of my office is uniquely designed for that purpose with a "play town", puppets, games and art materials to help children express and work through their feelings, anxiety, fears and frustrations in a non-threatening and very child friendly enviornment. I work together with the parents and school to help the child.
