It is safe to say that as humans we have the ability to survive some of the most difficult challenges. Whether these difficulties stem from our workplace, families, relationships, financial stress, physical health or a combination of all of the above we can all agree that at times the stress seems inevitable and along with it feelings of depression and anxiety can slowly start to manifest and impact our daily functioning. Taking a step back and putting our mental health first is a huge step toward learning and developing the skills needed to be the best version of us and not just survive, but learn to live.
