Change, it is something we all have to face at some point in our lives. Change looks different to everyone; postpartum depression as our body changes from bringing a new life into this world, grief after we have lost a loved one that played a crucial role in our life, traumatic events that altered our life’s path, or anxiety that causes us to no longer enjoy the things we used to. Sometimes change is good, and other times it is not so good, but ultimately change is inevitable. Sometimes we need support and guidance to navigate change and therapy is a great place to learn how to navigate and overcome change.
