I believe that my role as a clinician is to facilitate a safe and empowering therapeutic environment, which allows clients to explore thought and behavior patterns that may no longer be serving them. Through education and individualized interventions, I work together with my clients to support them in developing the skills needed to reach their self-identified goals for healing and peace. Although we cannot experience peace in every moment, everyone deserves to experience moments of peace.

I offer psychotherapy, life coaching, mentoring, career planning, and mindfulness-based stress management. I specialize in trauma therapy, from early childhood to seniors. This may include somatic approaches that can help you "tune in" to your feelings and strengths in ways that are healing, and that you can use at home, at work, or resting.

BeginWithin was officially co-founded in 2006 in Red Bank, NJ, by Donna Gallagher, MS, RD and Marnie Fegan, Psy.D., to provide a healing environment that was not only professional, but also warm and welcoming. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with the experience to work with adults, couples and families who may be struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, anger, grief and trauma. I view each person as unique and customize therapy to the individual needs. I am additionally trained in EMDR and use this modality to treat PTSD.
