I combine psychotherapy, coaching, and education. With my husband Michael we also offer Couple to Couple Coaching, drawing from our own professional training and life experiences to help other couples.

Welcome! I am Antoniette Richburg. I have an MSW and LCSW. As a social worker I worked in various industries such as Addictions, Domestic Violence, Developmental Disabilities. I began my clinical journey in 2007 as hospice Social Work. After 11 yrs. in that industry, I crossed over the provide private in-home counseling and psychotherapy to senior or homebound population. I opened my own practice in 2018 and began work with a wider range of clientele from ages 25 up to Centenarians. I help those truly seeking change in their life develop the tools unique to their needs, personality and circumstances.

During my 35 years of professional experience in the field of psychology i worked with the small groups under extreme conditions in the expeditions, performed forensic psychological services in Russian prisons and research in the airport, provided counseling services in family psychology and maladaptation. In America my major focus for the past 15 years is on on individual and couple therapy

I specialize in treating Depression, Anxiety, Phobias, OCD, PTSD, Trauma, and intimate relationship issues. I also assist clients in promoting self-discovery, building self-esteem, and building coping strategies and time management skills.

Hello! I'm Ros, the heart behind Holistic Therapy Solutions, LLC. With over two decades in counseling, I'm not only a bilingual Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Clinical Alcohol & Drug Counselor, but I'm also someone who grew up understanding the deep impact of substance use and mental health challenges in communities and families. My passion is enhancing the quality of life for adolescents, young adults, and anyone struggling to find balance and peace.

I find that the fundamental longing we all share is the desire to be safe, happy and create a meaningful life. my role is to help facilitate the process of self inquiry, to help bring about positive changes in your life. We often make choices that have there roots in unconscious and long standing belief systems that although helpful earlier in ones life they no longer serve our best interest. my role is to help you create a life that you find meaningful and fulfilling.

Talking does help! The main focus of my therapeutic practice has been to encourage people to talk openly about themselves in a comfortable and accepting space. Those who have seriously accepted this invitation have benefited from their self-discoveries, and the subsequent personal adjustments and changes that have come about. Personal growth is not easily achieved or sustained, but it is necessary for nurturing a fulfilled life!

My approach to therapy is centered around creating a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental space for individuals to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I integrate evidence-based techniques from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based interventions to tailor a unique approach for each client. I believe in empowering individuals to develop self-awareness, challenge negative patterns, and cultivate resilience to achieve their goals and improve their overal. I see patients on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, evenings, Saturdays, and Sundays through Telehealth and in person.

My goal of working with you is to assist you in navigating difficulties, issues, and problems within your life that you would like to address in a supportive and empathic manner. I work specifically with adolescents, young adults, and adults. I treat clients for an array of quality of life issues including: depression, anxiety, work related stress, grief and loss, and family conflict. I am a bilingual therapist and can conduct therapy sessions in English and Spanish.
