The COVID-19 pandemic has had such an enormous impact on how we live our daily lives. In my experience throughout this time, not only are we faced with horrendous grief and loss to the virus, many of the underlying mental health issues that were present prior to the pandemic, have now risen to the surface and been causing all sorts of havoc.
