Susan K. Childers is a seasoned business professional in the mental health counseling field. As a member of several national and state counseling associations and a licensed professional counselor (LPC) in NJ and PA, she has served in private practice for 18 years. Utilizing evidence-based practices and interventions to transform problem issues into healthier living, Susan works with families, couples, adolescents, and women who have experienced life transitions, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and career issues. Leah Annarelli is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New Jersey who has been practicing since 2019. She received her Master in Social Work from Rutgers University. Leah utilizes a strengths-based approach that aims to provide a safe and nurturing environment for youth to find their voice, heal from past traumas, and develop a more healthy, positive sense of self. She is supportive and empathetic yet challenging in order to stimulate your thought process to reach your goals. Leah also uses a creative, play-based approach in order to heal your inner-child.

Izabella Coles is a licensed master social worker (LMSW) with a goal to provide a judgment-free, safe, supportive space for clients. She has experience in case management in the medical and mental health fields, along with providing trauma-focused therapeutic services to children and adolescents. She enjoys working with children (8+), adolescents, and adults from all walks of life and welcomes individuals regardless of race/ethnicity, gender, sex, sexuality, socioeconomic status, and ability.

She received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Rowan University. Kaitlyn’s area of population includes adolescents, adults, couples, and families. She has experience in community mental health agencies, as well as college and academic settings. Kaitlyn has received advanced training in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, allowing an area of focus in perinatal and postpartum mental health.
