I graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with my Master's degree in Social Work and obtained my clinical license. I have been providing individual, couples and family therapy for 30 years. My areas of expertise include mood and anxiety disorders, grief, low self esteem, relationship problems, infertility and many other issues. I use a variety of treatment modalities tailored to meet the needs of the client. I also offer Equine Assisted Therapy. My name is Krystina Rogers and I have a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Monmouth University and currently studying at Southern New Hampshire University for an MS in Forensic Psychology. I am a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) and I have been working in the field of mental health and substance abuse since 2018. For example, if someone is coming in to work on depression and anxiety, my ideal client would be willing to explore the underlying issues contributing to the depression and anxiety instead of someone who is only looking for coping skills and such.

I am a licensed professional counselor that has been working in behavioral health for over 20 years. I am a lifelong resident of South Jersey and obtained my Bachelors and Masters degrees from La Salle University in Philadelphia.

My experience in the behavioral health field began in helping children find and use their “voice” in a hospital setting where they are often overlooked. Casey Sponring is a Licensed Associate Counselor who has been practicing since 2019. She graduated from Cairn University with a Master's degree in Counseling.
