I use systems theory, attachment theory, trauma-informed approaches, CBT, and strengthening emotional fluency. She holds a Masters of Arts in Counseling and she received a certificate in Drug and Alcohol counseling from the State of New Jersey. She also holds a certificate from the State of New Jersey as an Approved Clinical Supervisor and has over 30 years of experience. She has a long history of helping individuals and couples who have been having issues with life stressors.

I am an ordained minister of pastoral care and a certified temperament counselor working towards my Masters degree in clinical Christian counseling. I felt the Lord calling me into this field when I was 17 years old struggling with my own emotions. I didn't always feel understood by those around me which caused me to bottle up my emotions. My passion today is making children and teens feel heard and understood. My goal is to draw struggling teens and children closer to God while helping them discover who God created them to be.

My name is Kim Saich and I have a bachelor’s degree in Health and Human Services Management from University of Phoenix and a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counselor from Walden University. I have been a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC) since 2021 and a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) since 2022.

I have been practicing in the field for ten years. I have a person centered approach to therapy, mixed with cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing and Gestalt therapy when it is called for. I do mental health counseling, addiction counseling, couples counseling, individual counseling, and marriage and family counseling. I see clients of all ages from children to senior citizens. As we have to continue to change and adapt to a new way of counseling, I am including tele therapy in my practice.
