I am a NJ and PA doctoral level licensed psychologist with more than 20 years of experience working individuals across the lifespan. I work with patients with a wide range of challenges including anxiety and mood disorders, autism spectrum disorders, chronic medical illness, executive function/attention issues, social/coping/life skills deficits, relationship issues, self-esteem, trauma, LGBTQ+, parenting issues, and life stressors in general. I own and operate my practice, so individualized attention is an added bonus.

I believe that the therapeutic process is a valuable vehicle for positive change in a client's life. I help children, adolescents and adults find relief from depression, anxiety, and anger and develop coping skills to deal with the many stressors that life presents.

Jessica is an Ordained Minister of Pastoral Care and is a Certified Temperament Counselor. She is currently working towards a Doctorate Degree in Clinical Christian Counseling. Jessica has a passion to minister to others experiencing singleness as an adult, trouble surrounding relationships, finances, grief from loss of a loved one, unmet expectations, depression and anxiety, and hopelessness.

I have 23 years of training and experience working with adults who struggle with low self-esteem, imposter syndrome, anxiety, depression, bipolar, and anger. I'm also very experienced with clients working on transitions such as going to college, new job, marriage, starting a family, a divorce, or coping with a past or recent trauma. I've worked for many years in drug treatment too. I think clients are looking for a way to gain insight and awareness of how challenges effect their thinking, and want to learn new skills to improve how they feel and function in the world.

Family Therapy & Consultation Services provides individual therapy, family therapy, marriage counseling, art therapy and medication management at our NJ offices in Woodbury, Audubon, & Moorestown. After several years in private practice along the central coast of California, I have relocated back to my roots in New Jersey.
