I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who provides individual psychotherapy to adults and adolescents. My goal is to create a space of trust and safety so that you feel able to share the challenges you face without fear of judgment or criticism. I provide counseling and therapy with a warm, caring and empathetic approach. My areas of specialization include anxiety, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, depression, life transitions, personal growth and issues pertinent to families of children with neurodiversity (including sibling therapy).

My approach is a direct, action-oriented, supportive, and targeted form of psychotherapy. I prefer “doing” as well as talking and push hard for results. After several years in private practice along the central coast of California, I have relocated back to my roots in New Jersey. I truly love this profession and believe that is evident in my interactions with clients. I look forward to meeting and supporting you in creating the life you deserve.

A positive therapeutic experience begins with a strong, empathic relationship. Whether I am working with adults or children, I emphasize helping my clients feel welcome and connected within the therapy experience. People come to therapy for many different reasons. My job is to listen to your needs and help you through the process of meeting your emotional and situational challenges. I work with children, teens, and adults, specializing in eating disorders and body image concerns, depression, anxiety, anger management, school issues and behavioral concerns.
