Handspring is a modern mental health clinic that provides personalized, evidence-based behavioral care for children, adolescents, and young adults. We currently serve children ages 10-18 and young adults ages 18-24 who are looking for treatment for anxiety, depression, or behavioral difficulties. Our therapeutic approaches include CBT, DBT, organizational skills training, behavior therapy, exposure & response prevention, and parent management training.

My ideal client is open to insight and a different perspective. They are perhaps ready for a change and will walk a path that may be uncomfortable at times. My ideal client is seeking therapy because they are feeling sad. It almost feels like depression. The client is not sure how to stop feeling this way. They also don't know why they are feeling this way. They want to learn what is making them feel sad. The client would like to learn strategies to help identify triggers and learn coping skills to decrease the depression.
