While pursuing his doctorate in clinical psychology, he completed an externship at the Rutgers College Counseling Center where he worked with college students and spent two years at the National Institute for the Psychotherapies in New York City where he received psychoanalytic training and supervision in individual psychodynamic psychotherapy. He works as a clinical director of Clinical Psychology Externship program in Korean Medical Program, Holy Name MC in Teaneck. He received his PhD in clinical psychology from Yeshiva University. He completed a clinical fellowship in Clinical Psychology at Yale University, Psychiatry Dept, and a 2-year postdoctoral fellowship in Clinical Neuropsychology and Cognitive Neuroscience at the Nathan Kline Institute (NKI) for Psychiatric Research, which is affiliated with the NY State Office of Mental Health.
