Welcome to my page! I am a passionate licensed clinical social worker looking to support millennials through the challenges they face. As a millennial myself, I understand the unique experiences and pressures this generation encounters, such as navigating life changes, managing anxiety, and battling the prevalent tendency to people please. I provide practical tools and psychological strategies to help millennials break free from this harmful pattern, empowering them to prioritize their own well-being and establish healthier boundaries.

I have over 20 years of clinical experience in diverse areas such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. I'm devoted to delivering personalized care through individual, couples/marriage, family and group therapy services. Additionally, I'm a certified facilitator of Prepare/Enrich Pre-marital and marital counseling, Trauma-Focused CBT and other treatment modalities.

I strongly believe in joining my clients based on where they are in life’s journey, acknowledging the intricate narratives that shape each individual. Through close collaboration, I navigate alongside my clients to unearth pragmatic resolutions while affirming the distinctiveness of their personal narratives. I recognize that every challenge is an opportunity for personal evolution. I sincerely believe that at any given moment, individuals are doing the best they can and aspiring for continual improvement.

I have a passion for helping those struggling with substance abuse, trauma, grief, relationship issues, self-harm, and all mental health disorders for ages 5 and above.

Our practice was built on the premise that therapy is not one-size-fits-all. We "click" or "don't click" with people we meet in our everyday life, and therapy is no different. We can assure you that our therapists will be genuine, provide you with empathic and professional care, create a safe environment, and will not treat issues or concerns they are not trained to treat. However, you are the only one who can decide if you truly like and trust your therapist. We have six awesome therapists to choose from but, if none of us work, we encourage you to keep looking and find your therapist!

The HELP for Parents Network passionately serves the emotional needs of adults, children, couples and families, who are struggling to cope with the demands of their everyday life. Our mental health counseling services are tailored to the needs of the individual client or family. We meet people where they are and help them to reach their full potential, regardless of their challenges. We offer sessions in the office, online via video or chat and in some cases we can meet in your home. Our evaluations are not covered by insurance. We will be happy to provide you with a Superbill to present to your insurance company for reimbursement.

My professional journey began at a Crisis Response Center for children and adolescents in Philadelphia, where I worked for three years. In this role, I provided immediate and empathetic care to young individuals experiencing acute psychological distress. This experience allowed me to develop skills in rapid assessment, crisis de-escalation, and effective short-term interventions, which are crucial in high-pressure situations. Following my tenure in crisis intervention, I served as a primary therapist at a local Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) in New Jersey for one year, specializing in adolescent care.

Many are perplexed by these unprecedented times. Sharing in the burdens of others to lighten their load is what I have to offer the world. As a licensed associate counselor, I am both ready and professionally equipped to lend an empathetic ear to those who are attempting to navigate life. As an African American man, I am sensitive to multicultural matters. In addition, I also possess a natural, multi-generational reach that enables me to connect with any age group on a wide range of topics.

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 20 years of experience in the Counseling and Social Work services field, working in the public school system, as well as the private and non-profit sectors. I am purposed to utilize the gift of counseling for those individuals who are dealing with challenges that affect their daily lives.
