I am a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) who graduated from Rutgers University. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults ranging from the ages of 6-30. I have worked with clients in partial hospitalization programs, schools, outpatient, and telehealth settings. I specialize in supporting clients manage and overcome anxiety, depression, mood disorders, suicidal ideation, grief, and life transitions by using cognitive behavioral therapy, strengths-based, and person-in-environment modalities.

Licensed in both PA and NJ, I specialize in working with clients who identify as self-aware, and often highly intelligent, but somehow still find themselves repeating the same patterns over and over again. You feel like you understand "why" you are the way you are but can't seem to get unstuck. I find that there are often unconscious negative beliefs that we hold about ourselves that are unintentionally holding us back.
