I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Rutgers University and a Master's Degree in Professional Counseling from Liberty University. With over 8 years of experience in the mental health field, I have accumulated skills suited for working with a wide variety of clients, but I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, eating disorders, and substance use.

I understand seeking therapy can be intimidating. With warmth and compassion I create a non-judgmental, supportive environment where you can safely express yourself and feel understood. Since earning my MSW from Monmouth University, I have worked in various capacities within emergency room psychiatric services, suicide prevention, research, and outpatient counseling, enabling me to gain experience working with individuals having a wide variety of issues including, but not limited to anxiety, depression, substance abuse, personality disorders, and mood disorders. Through my work in several emergency room settings and outpatient care centers, I have familiarity treating diverse populations, including children, adults, families, LGBTQIA+, and individuals involved in the legal system.

I have 11 years experience in providing mental health treatment to clients with mood , anxiety and trauma related , psychosis , behavior, and substance disorders. I have engaged adult and elderly clients in varying forms of counseling consisting of individual, family, couples', group, crisis, grief, substance, anger management, and vocational counseling in traditional and non-traditional settings.
