We will work together frequently at the beginning and aim to reduce the frequency when you feel ready. Since 2015, I have worked with a wide range of populations including children, adolescents, families, young adults, and older adults. Common challenges that I work with: bipolar disorder, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, family conflicts, and BPD.

I use traditional psychotherapy to examine conscious and unconscious motivations, as revealed through analysis of the client's discussion, creative works and dreams. I have been trained in hypnotherapy and integrate this tool as part of the treatment. In addition I have been working with the courts doing Custody Neutral Assessments, assisting the court to resolve custody issues.

I have been practicing therapy with individuals and families for over 15 years and am committed to offering my clients a safe and supportive environment. My goal is to help clients develop the self-awareness, self-confidence and skills necessary to make positive changes in their lives. I utilize CBT, DBT and mindfulness training in my practice and tailor my interventions to best suit each individual.

I have been a Licensed Psychologist in Massachusetts since 1996 and recently returned to my home state of New Jersey. I bring a wealth of knowledge, experience and skills in counseling people with mental health, substance abuse, and relationship issues. I practiced in mental health outpatient clinics, substance abuse clinics, and in group practices. I work with individuals, couples, families, different age groups, and people from various backgrounds. I work with different issues and utilize different methods. I have a special interest in doing Couple Therapy and Substance Abuse Treatment.

Judy, director for The New Jersey Institute For Neurofeedback, has always had a passion for helping people. First as a Critical Care Nurse and now as a therapist, Judy has supported and encouraged people of all ages in their efforts to grow and change. Studying the brain and behavior has been her passion for years. I am a child and family psychologist and have been practicing since 1981. I am dedicated to working with families with issues related to parenting concerns, academic problems, anxiety and depression as well as many other issues. I also am experienced in treating adults with depression and anxiety issues as well as relationship issues including marital problems.

We all need someone in our lives that is source of support and encourages us to grow. I have been in practice for over 30 years, working with couples, individuals, children and families. I use many therapeutic tools depending on my clients' individual needs. These include: helping clients look at the negative things they tell themselves; discover how their problem(s) arose, which often ends a cycle of shame and self-blame; learn the interpersonal skills they lack and then devise homework assignments to practice new skills. I often use hypnosis to address issues on a deeper level than our conscious will. Finally I help my couples and families to understand and change destructive patterns of interaction.
