I specialize in working with adolescents to provide therapeutic support to improve self-esteem, social skills and positive coping mechanisms. I recently completed a certificate in sport social work to expand my knowledge to work with athletes who may experience anxiety, depression, stress, difficulty with time management and adjustment.
