I am dedicated to helping individuals achieve a sense of peace and serenity in today’s hectic world and help navigate through life's transitions. I utilize my knowledge of yoga to teach relaxation poses and mindfulness to my clients. Additionally, I have been trained to utilize yoga to help increase attention, manage sensory input, manage anxiety, and increase focus.

Dr. DiGravina is a neuropsychologist and certified school psychologist providing comprehensive and personalized neuropsychological evaluations across the lifespan. Dr. DiGravina is unique in her whole person approach to assessment. Integral to her evaluation method is understanding the individual’s unique pattern of neurocognitive strengths and weaknesses in relation to their environment, relationships, personal identity, and overall functioning. Dr. DiGravina integrates this information to develop recommendations specific to the individual and to work collaboratively with families, schools, and other health professionals.

My practice is dedicated to anxiety disorders with emphasis on OCD and OCD Related disorders. As such, approximately 85-90% of the clients that I am currently treating have this diagnosis. I have treated a significant amount of individuals and families who have been afflicted with the aforementioned challenges. This includes in an office setting, out in the community, and in the homes of the client. I'm up-to-date on the latest treatments. I treat clients on the Autism Spectrum, in all capacities (anxiety related and otherwise.) I also provide clinical supervision to other therapists on how to effectively treat their own clients.

Mary Sznyter, MA, LPC, is a Licensed Professional Counselor. I have been counseling for 14 years and have a private practice in Howell, NJ specializing in adults, family and children; individual and group therapies. I continued my post-graduate training in Psychodrama and Group Counseling, in addition to on-going training in specific interventions for anxiety, depression and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder.

I'm a licensed clinical psychologist & certified school psychologist. My training includes work at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, Kean Psychological Services, private practice, & several school districts. When you sit with me, we'll focus on what's going on, create a timeline of your symptoms, and discuss your thoughts, behaviors, & feelings. We'll also discuss their functions, any reinforcing variables, & the interaction between these different elements. Overall, I tend to understand behavior in terms of experiential avoidance and escape behavior. I emphasize a data driven approach and will track your progress in therapy.
