I have been working in the field for almost 20 years and I’ve learned that my greatest teachers are the people with whom I work. One observation that I have made over my years doing therapy, is that the “sicker” people are, the less they play.

As a mental health therapist, my goal is to help you uncover your fears and help resolve your challenges that you face in life through therapy. I am a licensed professional counselor, as well as a certified school counselor that has worked in the mental health field for over 5 years. I have experience working with clients whom have struggled with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, schizophrenia, co-occurring disorders and addiction.
