I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a graduate degree from New York University Silver School of Social Work. I am a member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW). With over ten years experience, I have worked with a variety of clinical populations in different settings, including in-patient psychiatric facilities, long-term care facilities and rehabilitation centers, and I have provided counseling in both residential and outpatient settings. With a flexible and eclectic approach - inspired by a background of both psychology and social work - I tailor treatment to each individual.

Asking for help is not an easy thing to do. If it were, we would all do it without hesitation. Instead, we set high expectations for ourselves and are resistant to receiving support. We struggle and accept that lifestyle as our norm. I am here to remind you of two indisputable facts; first, life is challenging. Second - and most importantly - is that we do not have to go through it alone. As a licensed social worker (LSW), my goal is to provide judgment-free, supportive spaces for clients where we can process, manage daily stressors, and learn healthy coping skills to incorporate in life for years to come.

Hello, I'm Phil Caruso, a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 15 years of experience in psychotherapy. In addition to being in group practice, he is currently an IIC therapist. Over the course of his career, he has worked in various levels of care and settings within the healthcare system. Chad has had the opportunity to work with clients with a wide range of mental health issues and from many unique and diverse backgrounds.
