I am a Licensed Social Worker (LSW), who is well experienced working with children, teens, families, elders, and their caregivers for 10 + years. I graduated from Rutgers, The State University of NJ, with my Master’s Degree in Social Work, with high honors over 10 years ago. I also have an Undergraduate Degree in Psychology. I am grateful that I have had the privilege to have worked in multiple capacities from Residential Group Homes for children, teens, and young adults to working with toddlers and parents in Preschools and Head Start.

Gregor Thomas MSS, LCSW received his Master's Degree from Bryn Mawr College School of Social Work & Social Research. In his 10 years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Gregor has worked with countless youth, adolescents and their family systems.

My goal is to facilitate mindfulness-based efficacious approaches, watchfulness and compassion in the therapeutic context, to strengthen and ignite greatness within. I have experience treating a wide variety of mental disorders, brain, neurodivergent presentations, behavioral challenges, and guiding people of all ages through difficult periods of life.
