I have a casual, conversational style and a pragmatic way of working that includes a whole grab bag of ideas and approaches I've picked up over the past decade in community and private practice settings.
My specialty is stress management, which can take many forms- turning the volume down on anxiety, tending to a relationship on the rocks, setting boundaries at a demanding job, or finding individualized ways to cope with diagnoses of ADHD or OCD. I am quite experienced in working with LGBTQIA+ and polyamorous relationship structures.
