Knowing that each individual is unique, my therapeutic style encompasses a blend of techniques that are tailored to fit your specific needs and capitalizes on your strengths. These techniques include psychodynamic psychotherapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and interpersonal and relational approaches.
I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families. Therapy is currently being provided via phone and video chat. In addition to therapy, I offer psychological and psychoeducational evaluations including forensic evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults.
