I have worked with children, families, and professionals from all walks of life. My clinical style is holistic and integrative, drawing upon both eastern and western evidence-based practices. I utilize a strength-based approach and weave components of person-centered therapy, cognitive behavior therapy, solution-focused therapy, coaching and mindfulness.
The most rewarding aspect of being a therapist and coach is witnessing you discover your own inner wisdom for you to lead a more fulfilling, connected, and meaningful life.
