I am a Licensed Psychological Associate with more than 10 years of experience in the field of mental health. I have been working with adults, children and adolescents. I understand that the journey of life is not always easy and predictable, and that at some point in our lives, everyone faces difficulties that make us feel very vulnerable, frustrated and unsuccessful. As a therapist, I want to help you acknowledge your strengths and weaknesses, identify new ideas and options to overcome life challenging situations and promote your overall wellbeing, including personal and professional growth.

My approach to therapy is holistic. I will identify the best psychotherapy approach that would suit your needs, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, interpersonal therapy, among others.
