I am Nina K. Snipes, LCSW. I work with individual adolescents, adults, and couples, specializing in stress, anxiety, and depression. I also enjoy helping teens and young adults with issues revolving around school and/or future planning. My goal is to help people help themselves through providing strategies and offering feedback during sessions. I use a client centered approach which means that the focus in on the client's needs and interests. I also incorporate a strengths-based approach - balancing one's strengths and potential solutions with the problems and issues that are brought to therapy.
I am certified and trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, and CPT. Drawing from over 20 years of dedicated clinical practice, I offer compassionate and professional support for individuals, children, adolescents, and families navigating life's complexities. From fostering healthy relationships to managing anxiety, depression, stress, ADHD, etc.
