Hi there! Thank you for considering me to assist you on your journey. You’ve already taken the first step, which is to notice that something doesn’t seem right, or you’ve reached a crossroads in life. Maybe you’re asking yourself, “What really matters to me? or ”How do I create change?" Or wondering why your relationships aren’t quite where you want them to be. I believe my role is to meet you where you are in life and assist you on this journey for however long, or short you feel necessary. I assist adults, teens and families with bringing balance back into their lives.
I strive to create a space where people feel free to be themselves, feel heard, accepted and authentic to who they are. In order to do this, building a safe, trusting and attuned relationship is essential. I use an integrative approach from a variety of modalities mainly DBT, CBT, internal family systems, attachment -based theory and a humanistic approach.
I approach therapy holistically because we are complex beings with intersectional identities I have over 12 years of experience working with a wide range of individuals in a variety of settings. I look forward to meeting you. I am currently accepting new clients for in person (South Bay) and telehealth visits.
