Basically, I evaluate and determine the approach that works best for you. This might involve insight therapy, cognitive behavior treatment, EMDR, Eastern philosophy, Mindfulness training, guided imagery, or relaxation techniques. There will be time to laugh in our sessions. Humor heals, so lightness will never be discouraged in our sessions.
