I am a licensed social worker dedicated to fostering a safe and inclusive therapeutic space for individuals from diverse backgrounds and experiences. If you are grappling with issues such as depression, anxiety, interpersonal conflicts, or life transitions, I am here to build a supportive and empathetic therapeutic relationship tailored to your needs. My practice serves clients aged 14+, and I welcome teens with a trauma-informed lens and solution-focused strategies.
Although I see clients across the life span, I have specialized experience and training in pre and postpartum transitions, pregnancy-related trauma, perinatal depression, and parenting stressors. I offer a unique perspective for those navigating these challenges. When it comes to parenting and pregnancy, I want you to feel like the best parent you can be.
My work is trauma-informed and compassion-focused, using interactive feedback to tailor sessions to your experience. I am currently training in Level 3 TEAM-CBT with the Feeling Good Institute and continuing my education in perinatal mental health. As an LGBTQIA+ ally, I work through the lens of cultural sensitivity and Feminist Theory.
