I believe the challenges we experience in life often stem from our reactions to day-to-day stressors, significant life events, or changes we encounter as we progress through life stages. Therefore, I aim to empower my clients with the ability to self-regulate, which with practice, helps to better navigate challenging situations as they arise.
A passion for helping others attracted me to the behavioral health field. My specialty areas include but are not limited to anxiety, depression, relational problems, anger, and difficulty coping with life’s stressors and challenges. I partner with my clients to identify and resolve situations interfering with their overall wellness and contentment.
