My specialties are depression and mood disorders, ADHD, anxiety, chaotic substance use, difficulty appreciating your body size/body neutrality, and complementary therapy for ketamine IV treatments. My Gestalt and mindfulness training are helpful in supporting and guiding all kinds of relational and internal feelings of dissatisfaction, anxiety or despair.
