I work with individuals and couples to help identify past experiences, and feelings, emotions, and patterns of behavior in present life and relationships that stand in the way of a deepening sense of identity. I bring an eclectic background to my work with patients, informed by a long history of engagement in the arts, and a thirty year career in the mental health field.
As an Art Therapist, I have worked in a variety of settings, populations ranging from adolescents, persons battling addictions to drugs and alcohol, acute psychiatric patients, children, and the elderly.
In my private practice I work with individuals and couples bringing a perspective shaped by my training in Analytically Oriented Psychotherapy, Couples Therapy, and Creative Arts Therapy. Psychotherapy offers an experience that can be life changing, liberating and transformative.
