You are not broken and I would be honored to help you reconnect to the innate wisdom and power of your authentic self. My style is real, warm and respectful of your choices, whatever they may be.
My experience includes 15+ years treating addiction, trauma, anxiety and depression in outpatient and inpatient settings. I also specialize in sex and relationships issues with singles and couples, including within non-traditional relationship structures. I work from a strength-based, egalitarian perspective, using a social justice, anti-oppression lens.
The approaches I utilize include: Brainspotting, CBT, DBT, Hakomi Somatic Psychotherapy, Somatica Sex and Relationship coaching, Gottman couples therapy, RODBT (Radically Open Dialectical Behavior Therapy), Acceptance and Commitment therapy and Emotion Focused therapy.
