Using a variety of modalities, I tailor the therapy to what is most supportive to you. I will help you access your unique strengths and abilities and incorporate mindfulness, internal family systems, dialectical behavior therapy and psychodynamic theory to support your personal growth and facilitate positive change.
If you are struggling with an eating disorder or weight issues, I have extensive experience in treatment and recovery. I will work in conjunction with your outpatient providers to help create a full support team for your lasting recovery.
