I'm a nonbinary, queer psychotherapist and sex therapist in NYC taking clients virtually. I work with individuals and couples looking to overcome life's many transitions and challenges in order to reach for fulfilling lives. This may include identifying needs, communication skills, boundary setting, building a somatic toolbox, moving through feelings of shame and grief, or exploring one's identity. I specialize in serving the queer community, entertainers, sex workers, non-monogamous and kink oriented individuals and couples, the neurodiverse, and those living with chronic pain and illness (EDS competent).
I practice with a holistic, integrated approach using social constructionist, anti-oppressive, and trauma-informed lenses. I hold a Bachelors in dance and finance from Otterbein University and a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Wellness from NYU. I have experience working in the entertainment field along with teaching many movement modalities

Uncoupled and Non-Monogamous
Mondays, starting Nov 13 (8 weeks) 7PM - 8:15PM Virtual: $60/ session. Join us for a 8-week process group for age 25+ unpartnered individuals navigating the non-monog dating scene in NYC. The intention of this group is to form a sense of community and provide a safe and confidential space for processing relationship concerns. This group has 8 spaces available and is inclusive of all identities including all gender, sexuality, and relationship style. This can include relationship anarchists, solo poly, hierarchical poly and single, those just embarking on a non-monogamous journey, and more. Looking forward to connecting with you!
