Together, we will create attainable goals for you to accomplish and gain some helpful skills to cope with a range of different situations.
I use an integrative approach to therapy which includes but not limited to person-centered, somatic work, CBT, RO-DBT, and DBT. I have completed a 200 hour- yoga teacher training to deepen my understanding of the mind-body connection. I offer a range of skills such as breathing exercises, emotion regulation, mindfulness, distress tolerance & interpersonal.
