My work as a therapist began as a doula and supporting families through the transition to parenthood continues to be an important part of my work, but the struggles of parenthood go beyond the postpartum period and I'm here for all of it.
I believe in a collaborative approach that encompasses all of your needs and meets you where you are with gentle encouragement. I use several therapeutic approaches including mindfulness, CBT, and ACT to help clients navigate through their issues and do not believe in a one size fits all approach to therapy.
