Welcome! I'm so glad you're here. My approach in facilitating change, wellness, and personal growth includes using a humanistic lense in therapy. I work great with clients looking to find balance in their bodies through their relationship with food, diet, and/ or exercise; young adults who are looking to explore themselves in a safe and compassionate space; those who needs support in moving through life transitions and the challenges that come along with them; and people who struggle with body image.
I’m known for providing a safe and non-judgmental environment that helps clients move forward in the goals that they set for themselves. Together, we will work to gain insight, as well as challenge maladaptive patterns and ways of thinking in order to facilitate healing.
