I work psychodynamically and relationally to understand the root source of your concerns beyond presenting symptoms, and help you develop and enhance adaptive coping skills from there.
I work with individuals across the lifespan who vary in cultural, ethnic, and spiritual backgrounds, sexual orientations, and gender identities. Some areas of expertise include depression, anxiety, trauma and PTSD, OCD, women's issues, family conflict, oppositional defiant disorder, peri/postpartum mood and anxiety disorders, and fertility challenges.
