Hi! My name is Nikki and I hold Doctorate in Communication with a focus on close relationships. I walk alongside clients as they navigate the more challenging and rewarding moments in their closest relationships. Using an attachment framework, I partner with clients to cultivate secure relating in their relationships. This may include untangling destructive conflict patterns, navigating challenging conversations, or unlearning unproductive attachment behaviors. I see my role as facilitating growth and offering a secure base, empowering clients to take ownership of their own relational journeys.

Unraveling Attachment in Our Close Relationships
Currently accepting members. This group will explore the world of attachment as it relates to our close relationships. Specifically, members will share moments they have witnessed themselves stuck in unproductive attachment patterns. Additionally, members will explore the unlearning of these patterns, creating more moments of connection and understanding. Through shared language, understanding and lived experience, this group will cultivate a space for increased awareness and competence in the ways our attachment patterns have shaped our relational worlds.
