My therapeutic approach is based on a collaborative, integrative framework aimed at helping clients enhance self-awareness and develop effective coping skills. I frequently employ interventions informed by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), emphasizing self-talk and integrating self-compassion and mindfulness techniques. I strive to create a nonjudgmental atmosphere where clients feel safe to explore their concerns.
