Therapy can be a scary step, and I am here to provide gentle guidance and support for you as we take on this journey together. If you are struggling with anxiety, family conflict, grief, chronic pain, substance use, and/or depression, we may be a good fit! I believe strongly in the importance of collaboration, and will provide guidance, education, and support to help you achieve your goals. I welcome all identities, ages, cultures, and beliefs, but am particularly passionate about working with secular teens and young adults who identify as female.
I provide a safe, non-judgmental space for my clients to explore their thoughts/feelings, and highlight their strengths. Based on each client’s individual needs and goals for therapy, I may utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, and/or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
Together, we can tackle whatever is ailing you, and create effective, detailed, easy-to-follow plans to help you reach your goals and celebrate your strengths. I am LGBTQ+ identifying and affirming.
