I am a licensed clinical psychologist and am experienced in working with children, adolescents and adults. I aim to build a warm, non-judgmental and trusting therapeutic environment where clients can feel comfortable and empowered. Through my work at hospitals, inpatient and outpatient treatment centers, and schools I have gained extensive experience utilizing evidence based treatment modalities. I take an integrative approach to therapy, accounting for each person's unique differences and tailoring treatment to best fit the needs of each individual client.
I aim to support clients in gaining a deepened understanding of their primary concerns, while also developing concrete skills to cope with presenting symptoms. I have special interests in treating anxiety, parent coaching/support and working with adolescents and young adults as they navigate life transitions.
