Whether you have been in therapy before, or you are braving these waters for the first time, welcome! Compassion and curiosity are central to my therapeutic approach. I offer a warm, empathetic, and relational style to counseling, and consider my role to be a facilitator, encourager, question-asker, and a source of unconditional care for you as you courageously seek self understanding and learn new tools that will serve you well.
