Welcome to my page! I am a 2nd generation therapist who works with adult professionals of all ages who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, transitional issues, and relationship/family issues. I also have extensive experience working with adults suffering from acute and chronic illness, as well as helping individuals navigate death and process grief/bereavement.
My approach to therapy is collaborative and is rooted in interpersonal, psychodynamic, strength-based, trauma-informed, culturally sensitive and gender-affirming theories. I believe that the relationship between therapist and client is essential to healing and that we can use this connection to break negative patterns that have been holding you back.
My aim to create a safe, supportive environment where you feel heard, understood, and challenged (but in a good way). You will learn to highlight your own inner strength and resilience to develop skills to better cope with life's obstacles and manage your own mental health challenges more effectively.
